remove tftp options related to dhcp proxy

Description

There are some options: pxe-prompt and pxe-service, that are used when using dnsmasq as DHCP proxy. As we don't support this, we should simply remove these options. We suspected that these options are responsible for pxe failures on actina servers, but we are not sure.
