Add docker_storage_driver option

It would be great to have option to choose something else that AUFS (OverlayFS to be more specific).

Rename and change the mtu.conf file and allow to specify --storage-driver option.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
