Deploy action is no longer working due to removal of Docker Hub elasticsearch/elasticsearch registry...

It has been moved to the separate registry at docker.elastic.co/elasticsearch/elasticsearch.

_elasticsearch_container_image: "elasticsearch/elasticsearch:5.2.2" variable needs an update.
