Add optionall variables for S3 keys for backups

Proposal

Making backups to S3 requiers to store S3 (secret and access) keys in elasticsearch keystore, more can be found here → https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/plugins/current/repository-s3-client.html

We need to add this if user of role defined it in optional variables.
