loosing routing on interfaces after openibd start

Summary

We have Ethernet cards with mellanox drivers now. So after installing InfiniBand on these servers, ethernet driver is substituted too. This leads us to ethernet interfaces, that disappear and appear again when openibd service is stopped and started. After that routing is gone.

Proposition

Restart network service after starting openibd service.
