Port creation failure for openstack-api network

Summary

Role Openstack is not able to create port for openstack-api network.

Usage of role which causes the problem:

Possible fixes

It is not a fix but removing allowed_address_pairs and fixed_ips from network_ports_create.yml solves the problem ;)
