Seperate action nodes from projects

Description

Current action projects lets user do configure projects credentials and theirs inventories. During configure some default variables for projects are set. After some custom changes using GUI or API, user can loose these changes after inventory upgrade because some projects configuration keys will be set to default.

Proposal

Separate action should be done only to upgrade inventory.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
