Invalid Add openstack backups directory to deploy task

Description

Openstack backups are stored in var/lib/citask/schedules/ directory which was created manual in the past. We need to ensure that on rundeck deploy this directory will exist and it owner will be task - TASK magic user.

Proposal

Add path var/lib/citask/schedules/ as variable to rundeck directories and create it in deploy task.
