Update ansible-lint supported version

Update rules to use new ansible lint in version 4.3.7.

More things that need to be done:

code refractoring
CI tests (use our python linter)
LICENSE year
README format to meet our standards (no markdown lint for now) just format of headings etc.
autoupdater support
