near full alert for ceph does not work

Summary

When one of the OSD's is in near-full state, alert is not raised.

Steps to reproduce

Ask bdaca to change nearfull threshold in Ceph to 1%.

Expected behavior

Alert should be raised.

Actual behavior

No alerts at all.

Possible fixes

Probably Ceph is buggy. Proposal - monitor if any of ceph OSDs is in near-full state (not the whole cluster).
