Add hardware-ipmi input support

After implementing citask/monitoring/containers/telegraf#60 (closed) we need actual input definition which will use this script.

Using telegraf's default exec input and telegraf-hardware-metrics implement a new input collecting ipmitool metrics from remote hosts.
