Ceph OSD Journal size changed

Bartłomiej Daca requested to merge ceph-journal-enlarge into ceph-modifications

Ceph OSD uses separate partition for the journaling. This commit changes default value from 5 to 50GB. Still it is hard-coded :(.

Size of this partition has huge impact on ceph performance.
